You can access our website homepage and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. We don't automatically collect any personal information via any method.

If you request information from us, we will use the information you provide to assist in getting you the information requested, to make specific recommendations, to enhance our understanding of client needs, and our marketing effectiveness.

We will not distribute or share in any way your information with outside companies.

We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to state institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.

We do not often send mail or email to our visitors who've contacted us. However, at anytime you may send an email to contact@completeira.com with "remove" in the subject line along with your email address and all information associated with it will be promptly removed. We don't want to be sending things to uninterested parties any more than we want to get offers for prescription drugs from Quebec in our inbox.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Most don't administer their own retirement account anyway. To be sure; before we receive payment we'll double check the birth date.

We do not give visitors to our site the option of using a secure transmission method to send us their information.

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from: unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss. All our employees and data processors who have access to and are associated with the processing of personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.

If you'd ever like to delete your records for any reason we will do so. The exemption to this is if you are a client. We would then be able to delete you from any database we keep for marketing information or research, but we could not legally delete record of your purchase.

We will provide you with a copy of the personal data which we keep about you if requested and you may update/change/delete the information. Without exception we require proof of your identity before releasing your records. We do this to protect our clients.
